Shipping policy
At HERZ Boutique, we prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches, promotions, high-demand periods or stock restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any relevant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping carrier.
Spain: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International orders: 7–15 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.
Unless a different delivery period has been clearly communicated and agreed, orders will be delivered within the legally required timeframe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
If free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown before completing the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please note that the tracking link may take 24 to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has already been shipped.
HERZ Boutique is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first.
If your package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us at herz.santelmo@gmail.com. We will investigate the case with the shipping carrier and, where legally required, offer a suitable solution, such as product replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
HERZ Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Pre-Orders and Restock Delays
If an item is sold out, available for pre-order or affected by a restock delay, the estimated waiting time will be communicated to the customer.
If your order is affected by a significant stock delay, we will contact you and offer you the option to wait for the restock or request a refund.
